Codfish Brás Style

It is one of the most traditional Portuguese dishes and therefore we follow carefully the typical recipe. We fry the potatoes before we mix them in with the other ingredients so that we can achieve the original flavor.

Preparation
- Place the Codfish Brás Style, with the potatoes facing upwards, in a non-stick frying pan. Let it cook in low heat during 6 to 8 minutes using a fork to help defrost it;
- Add previously beaten eggs and mix frequently at minimum heat;
- Take the frying pan off the heat when the eggs are still soft and serve the Codfish Brás Style.
