We didn’t just add to the duck flavor, which stands out, the traditional slices of Portuguese sausage on top for decoration – it’s another mixture of flavors that is true to our cuisine.

Oven preparation
- Without defrosting, remove the plastic covering from the product and place it in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC;
- Let it bake for about 35 minutes, covering it with aluminum foil during the first 25 minutes in order to avoid burning the sausage.
Microwave preparation
- Without defrosting, remove the plastic covering from the product and place it in the microwave at 800w for 10 minutes.
